You've built the business and you've built the plan. This is about what the plan is for.
There's no ballroom, no lanyard, no room full of strangers. Just a small group of Exit Plan alumni travelling together for six days, working through what's next with the specialists we'd normally only put in front of you one at a time.
Mornings are ours together: structured sessions and private 1:1s with advisers from across our international network, held somewhere worth being. Afternoons and evenings are Japan: food, temples, markets, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the same people keep showing up at the same table.
You'll come home with decisions made, a handful of people who understand exactly where your business is at, and a week you'd have booked anyway.
What you're actually getting
Numbers are strictly limited and we're releasing this to alumni first. There's no waitlist priority and no expression-of-interest queue. A paid deposit is the only thing that holds a place. Once we're full, we close it.
